The Metallin aluminium profile system is a cost effective, versatile, and high quality system that enables quick and easy construction of precise and rigid frameworks for machines and static structures using limited tools.

It is ideal for CNC machine building, jig building, mechanical frameworks, workshop units, workbenches, factory units, conveyor systems, and many other applications. Custom components such as linear slide units, floor elements, rollers, door accessories; and more universal components such as slide bars, ball screws, stepper/servo motors, spindle motors, can be attached and aligned very precisely with the aid of the T-slot grooves in the extrusions.

It has cost saving benefits over welded and/or machined alternative methods, so has great advantages for bespoke projects and prototyping exercises where the extrusions and components can be easily disassembled and reused for other projects. The aluminium is easy to work with, where it can be easily assembled using a range of connection methods, cut to size with a chop saw, drilled with hand tools, and tapped for threading.

As well as being easy to work with, the aluminium profile has an elegant tough anodised coating which retains a clean look and and avoids the need to paint or coat the final product. All our profiles come in a natural finish.
